Oh, I already got that clip from Usenet in December 2006. It was posted by someone red* under the title "tv-snippets - low-res".
It is apparently a different movie.
...which brings me to the next question...

First we have to identify whether that is a boy or a girl in the tub. Hard to imagine a girl that age being that flat.
