The version I have doesn't seem to be the same as either of the two above. It's smaller too, so might be lower quality but it seems OK to me. I've shared it in case you want it.

But... it's clear Brookefan just hasn't yet checked back in this thread, he's still stuck even after Phuzzy's post (which is complete obviously).
Both this one from cg and Phuzzy's appear to be a rip of the same 1998 DVD release.
