I am looking for a horror movie from 1969-1971, it involves a girl about 10-12 yrs old who gets possessed and kills people.

It is centered around an old mansion or castle and a church and cemetary.

Her mother plays a significant part until she kills her. I can't remeber the title

It has been almost 20 yrs since I have seen it.

Does anybody have any ideas
