Not really OT, but anyway a very good movie. Rebecca Smart (The Coca Cola Kid, The Shiralee) is playing great!!
This is a rip from a very old crispy VHS tape, but quality isn't so bad.

You are correct in your assumption, billanben, this is NOT the 'Celia' you are looking for.
This, however, is a WONDERFUL little slice of life movie out of Australia dealing with a little girl going through an emotional time... Rebecca Smart turns in a great performance! UNFORTUNANTLY, no shower scene in THIS movie. (Nor any really OT scenes...)
