I have a contact that owns several movies that I know have been requested here on FLM at one time or another.
He is in the process of ripping them for me, starting with Olivier Olivier, and now this one - De Rode zwaan.

CVMC:

A boy roughly twelve years of age discovers a portal to a different world where amphibian-like creatures are out to destroy humanity. Can our hero, his grandfather's old childhood sweetheart (who has failed to age) and a male peer put a stop to the madness before it is too late?

Notes:

A few OT scenes include: the girl undressing in front of the boy (not nude, but nice figure-hugging undergarments) and going for a swim.
Another swim scene later on where she also undresses (again not completely, but good enough).
A short kissing scene while wearing a small cotton shirt and tiny shorts from her second swim.
She also wears a nice flowing skirt throughout the movie.

This fantasy about parallel worlds and evil fish men stars a stunning 13-year-old Sanne Himmelreich, with 15-year-old Saskia Elise playing a smaller role. Sanne is lovely throughout, especially in those undergarments that are revealing when dry and almost invisible when wet. Yet another actress I was disappointed to see made only one film.

No subtitles on the disc unfortunately. Haven't been able to find some online in any language. On the off chance they exist and someone here has them, please put them up here and I'll re-post this disc with the subs added. You can get the gist of what's happening without translations but they would definitely help.

Maybe it's just me but I thought the fish soldiers were cool. That prosthetic headgear the actors are wearing is surprisingly lifelike and expressive, complete with big fish eyes that move and blink. Probably the only movie you'll ever see featuring humanoid bass as villains!
