Starring a young-looking Danielle Harris [she was approx. 13 - 14 at the time the movie was made]A young girl is kidnapped and molested by a classmate's father. The man she identifies is arrested and jailed, but is later released on bail. He calls the girl's mother and threatens to kidnap her daughter again, and this time kill her and make sure her body will never be found. She goes to the authorities for help, but there's nothing they can do until he actually tries something. Afraid for her daughter's life, the mother decides to take matters into her own hands.

Pix are from THIS rip. The DVD I have is a commercial release, but quailty-wise it looks to be a DVD burn from a VHS copy.
Unfortunantly Danielle is not featured a whole lot in this movie. The main story is about the mother and what she goes through trying to keep a sicko away from her daughter. Some nice moments though, in a very implausible movie; and Danielle is ALWAYS a pleasure to watch! (Just wish they spent more time with her....)
