All 3 shorts were part of Forbudt for Børn. The inbetweens are also included on the new DVD, as well as a nice Making of. Sadly it has only danish subs.

If it doesn't have too much dialogue we could try translating them line by line. :)

Is there a way I could change and repost the subs that I downloaded?

I went ahead and burned a disk with the subs provided and though I haven't watched it entirely, I've noticed some misspellings and grammar problems. Don't get me wrong, whoever took the time to do these subs did a fantastic job!! :thumbsup

I'm just talking a little 'tweaking' here or there...

*SPOILER ALERT*
For instance when Ida pulls up the rope to find her brother isn't there, she runs down the stairs yelling "He bites him, he bites him." I think a more appropriate translation would be "He ate him, he ate him..." since that's what Buldermanden were supposed to do to bad children...

Just wondering, as I've never tried to do anything with the subs provided... :think

Thank you for the correction. :) I've never really seen the full 'Forbut for Børn', so I really wasn't sure...

Do you have any links where the DVD can be purchased by someone living in America? The only thing that comes up when I google the name is the Danish release of the DVD 'The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys'... :eyecrazy Really weird.. ;)

Can't you just mail it? That seems like a lot of work for only 15 kilobytes.

Why don't I copy the contents and paste them here? :icon_gy

Think about it - how many email ids of FLM members do you know? :think

Maybe the admins could allow small attachments for this purpose. These srt files are smaller than our avatars.

Oh, I meant... Put it in an envelope, lick it, and send it to me. :bigups

Good idea though, about the srt attachments.

You did a terrific job, katzenjammer. Without your subs I wouldn't even have known where to start. They were pretty good to begin with. I just polished them up a little. :clap

Visibly I did something wrong, but the subs doesn´t work. I´m playing video with MPlayer, where usually everything works perfectly, the subs file has the same title as the video file, and nothing happens. Will give it some more try, but any suggestion what might be the cause is welcomed. Otherwise very nice post, thanks.
