Yes, we've been looking for THIS movie for quite awhile...

I've always thought it had the look of some Russian/Czech movie, but got chastised for pigeon-holing it...

Anyway, the search goes on...

Russian is a decent guess considering the writing in the top left. On the other hand, I went and painstakingly entered the Cyrillic "без названия" so I could search for it (not easy on a US English keyboard) only to find it was probably added by someone else searching for it, it means "untitled" or "no name"

I don't normally notice/remember the logos TV stations add, I'll have to look for the one in that screencap for a further clue.

The logo of the TV station is: TV BULGARIA 100% positive.

Let's see - we see a bearded man in dark clothes with a hat, might be a romany/gypsy or a jew.
We see a dark haired girl with what looks like a ballerina outfit, with flowers on her head.
She could be a ballerina or something. We can tell it's summertime - outdoors on the grass.

Capture tells me it's from the 80s/90s but could be conceiving

OTOH it could be ANYthing captured from bulgarian TV. Something soviet, something Czech, Hungary, Serbo-croatian,
Greek or a french tv movie for that matter.
