It's the 2nd film in a 4 film series by Jan Bucquoy. It was actually you that posted part 1, you were reposting it after the original thread was lost in early 2006, the original release link was Rich's. The timing sure looks right for this being part 2 of the series (the first 1994. this one 1996, part 3 1998, and part 4 2000), and the IMDB comments say it is indeed part 2.
