15yo Anne is sick, no hope from the best doctors. Her father takes the daughter to nuclear catastrophe zone, to mutants (who can heal I guess).

A father receives a hopeless diagnosis for his 15-year-old daughter Alyona. So he sneaks her into "The Zone", an area contaminated by radiation where mutants live (some rumored to have healing powers) and which has been sealed off by the government. Will they help him? And if they do, will he be able to get his daughter back out without being shot?

This was still the Soviet Union don't forget, so the Director didn't actually want to call the setting Chernobyl and risk ruffling the wrong feathers.

15-year-old Anna Matyukhina stars in this unusual post-apocalyptic film set in a world that's mostly intact (the apocalypse is confined to one region). You'll be happy to hear that clothing in The Zone is strictly optional. :D

All rips of this movie appear to come from the same source, the file I've posted. Those words НАШЕ КИНО ("our movies") that display onscreen probably indicate it's a DVR recording being played back. I guess the releaser didn't know how to use the settings menu on his box to kill that notification.

I found some English subtitles that fit perfectly and muxed them in. As usual, they're set to display automatically but can be turned off.

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. All I ask is that if you're able to use eMule, please move the file to your shared folder and seed for a while. Every source helps.
