Light hearted fluff; more or less typical teen movie. Lots of cute girls; nice uniforms for Debaser.
Emma Roberts and some of the other girls might be approaching their 'sell by' date, but this is good fun nevertheless.

If you thought Angus, Thongs.. was difficult to assign to a particular country, this is probably worse. Everything happens in England; most of the cast is English, accents, mannerisms and all.
