I have sharing the 3.3GB file where a user averages his speed between 15kB/s and 25kB/s, maybe he tries to download the last file on the page 5.

We use eMule as our main download method. Please read https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... =69&t=7279 for how to set up eMule.

There is a Swedish dvdrip you can direct-download for free from Uloz:
https://ulozto.net/file/pb3QjSbv/du-aer ... 4gqQH4ZN==
1080p German-dubbed version here:
https://videa.hu/videok/film-animacio/m ... Frff0rS6gB
There may be other sites sharing other versions. If you want the specific version you quoted, then I am sorry but then you must use emule.

English subtitles available for direct-download here:
https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... 102#p87102
English and Swedish here:
https://subscene.com/subtitles/du-r-inte-klok-madicken
English and other languages here:
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search ... ovie-44425
Direct-download the movie from whatever source you can, and give the subtitle file the same name. If it is not synced for that version, then you can use Subtitle Edit to sync the subtitle.
(Of course the lovely Swedish blu-ray has Swedish subtitles, and I have seen it available at various times on Ebay, various international Amazons and at Scandinavian online retailers.)

Seems like I'm late to the party. Do you remember which version has the highest quality?Night457 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 13, 2022 5:49 pm English subtitles available for direct-download here:

Re: [REL] Du är inte klok, Madicken (1979) + eng subs
There is nothing wrong with being "late to the party"! I am glad you got interested in this movie, it is terrific! I will see what I can do to help.
[START OF RANT]Well ... when someone quotes an entire post and adds a single-line response, it is sometimes hard for me to figure out exactly what part they are responding to. This is done very commonly here. It would help if people would EDIT down what they are quoting to something specific. Most of my post was about subtitles. Are you asking about the highest quality English subtitles? In my mind they would be my own, at the FLM link. I spent hours refining my version because I was not satisfied with what I found at the subtitle sites. [END OF RANT.]
However, you are probably asking about the VIDEO, right? For the highest quality video, I think that the the best version of the movie is the actual Blu-ray, which I have. But I do not have a blu-ray player that will sync in external subtitles, so I have to use a rip or remux when I want to use subtitles.
There is the full blu-ray ISO with Swedish and an additional German audio track muxed in, originally emuled by yoko. It is rather large at 20Gb. I DO NOT HAVE THIS VERSION, so I can not share it:
viewtopic.php?p=71567#p71567
A much smaller file is the 1.12Gb H265 version shared by uggla. I am 99% sure it is original Swedish audio, but I don't trust my memory. However, my underpowered computer does not play H265 files very well, so I can not easily compare its quality to other files!
viewtopic.php?p=70073#p70073
There is ghost's German-dubbed-only H264 version. It is also an older file, but ghost can be relied upon for quality videos.
viewtopic.php?p=74754#p74754
Finally, there is MY OWN REMUX, which I have never shared. My own version has 1080p H264 video and original Swedish audio. I am pretty sure I used ghost's video, but again I don't trust my memory.
I can almost guarantee there are other versions out there that are on Usenet or private torrent trackers, with higher quality than what I have but still smaller than a full blu-ray. I do not have access to Usenet or private torrents, so I don't know anything about them.
I will reshare ANY version I have upon request, including my own previously unshared remux if anyone is curious, but I am not going to reshare all of them at once. And please do not quote my entire post in response!
