I happen to have a full dvdrip of this movie, and am sharing it now. Unfortunately it doesn't come with an English subtitle; the hard Chinese subtitle is unremovable.

I translated the chinese subtitles, too. The result was pretty good. Of course they are auto-translated, but Subtitle Edit with the Microsoft Translator really did a good job on it. If someone has some spare time: any corrections are welcome ;)
