This is a joint venture between emuler & myself........emuler bought the DVD & got the VOB's to me for encoding. I'll say straight away although this IS a DVD rip the quality is dire.......colours are still poor & there are vertical track/scratch marks throughout. Oh, & the audio has background crackle that can't be removed without degrading the quality too much. Hindi language with no subtitles at present...... however if you are used to hearing the language spoken you'll get the gist of what's going on.

This is one of India's best movies. Guy with a lovely wife and two adorable girls finds that an affair he had several years ago has come back to bite him where it hurts. The woman is dead and her/their son has nowhere else to go.

Unlike in the West, where marital infidelity doesn't seem to be such a big deal, in India this is life shattering, especially in the family circle portrayed in the movie. Will they ever be able to get past it and move on? Watch it and find out.

Great cast, good direction, cute kids... this is one to watch again and again.

It's too bad there are no subs... everything I read about it on the net says it's a great film. It seems to be universally considered an uncredited copy of "Man, Woman, and Child", I wonder if that's why it hasn't been released in other regions (and thus translated). A shame.
