Doesn't matter who posts it. And trying to get newbies or lurkers to come out of the shadows and start posting...well...it's gotta be their decision..
Look at 'anygirl' and a couple other new members.. THEY started contributing with any prompting.. Perennial lurkers are pretty much always going to be just that..
