Translated: Children of the Storm

(Ran this through the 'New' search function, and couldn't find it on the first page, so I'm assuming this film hasn't been posted here yet... Checked CiC, LMA, RFF and found nothing at those site either.)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1256516/

Found this movie from the film listings of this lovely:

Stella Kunkat [ http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2574445/ ]
The cutie from the movie [that ghost just posted] 'Die Zeit der Kraniche' [Time of the Crane].

The brief synopsis for this movie says:
imdb wrote:On the escape of the violent Poles 1946, the child of Rosemarie get lost. And Rosemaries tries to find her daughter.
Some pix from this film:

I love European period pieces from the early 1900's. This one looks very nice.

Anyone know anything about it? Any chance of it being shown on TV and someone capping it??? :pray

Thanks in advance for any help.

LOL!!

I think we've determined a sincere 'Thanks' is always appreciated!! ;)

...And I most definitely am thankful for this!! :thumbsup

:eyecrazy BLT has indeed 'delivered', and in record time! I am very impressed. I did a minor ed2k search and didn't come up with anything so I figured that since this was a TV movie it probably just wasn't out there...

Thank you, thank you, and thank you again BLT!!! And many thanks also to ghost: Your posting the movie 'Die Zeit der Kraniche' [Time of the Cranes] is what led me to learn about THIS movie!

Hopefully the children play as major a part in the film as the pix seem to indicate.. :pray

(I also hope I can get this loaded before Friday, as I have to go out of state for a week to visit family...) :pray [again!]
