Visually It does not typically effect much. What happens depending on what device you play the file on such as a PS3 or external media player while watching the movie at some random point the sound will turn off and or you get a message saying protected by Cinavia encryption. Most current decryption software will bypass this but I noticed on a few of their releases it was present. So I avoid that release group. Also they tend to have a small aspect ratio on their encodes. Which is fine if you are watching on a monitor but if you watch on a big screen like you and me it is poor quality. This movie has a lot of action and big cinematography. Better the rip the more enjoyable it will be. Someone has already upped an uncompressed blu-ray to the scene and as such there will be rips by all the groups over the next few days. I suggest waiting for a great rip and not a so so one.starfish21 wrote:how does the encryption affect viewing?
