To celebrate 1986, which is exactly 25 years ago, a great year for FLM, and possibly the year you were born, got married, got divorced or had yr first wet dream:

Here's a nice re-release of Jennifer Connelly (and David Bowie, mind you!) in Labyrinth .. Full HD yet not too large for eMule sharing.

for those who do not know this movie:

who will keep Toby if Sarah does not complete his Labyrinth in 13 hours...

..35th anniversary update! (yes I feel old too..)
This is a 2560x1070 (therefore 2K) progressive scan. I think I've kept file size reasonably decent without losing quality.

Looks good, and feels good to see the old git David Bowie among the muppets.
so here goes, right?

Great looking upload, popdrome! I have have special place for this movie in my imagination. Loved the music and atmosphere and the costumes! Have t'say, part of the movie freaked me out when I was a kid. Something about seeing it on a fuzzy crt tv really blended in a lot of the characters, makeup and environment, really made it immersive for me. The hands were nearly the stuff of nightmares, even the logic doors scared me.

Pretty steep price to get into labyrinth-land. ("That'll be one baby, please. Oh no, it must a sibling. We're not monsters!")

Yeah, Bowie pretty much nailed the character of the Goblin King with that nonchalant, easy performance.

The bizarre, dreamlike parts near the end were so strong and baffling to me when I was young. The Escher-staircases and the ballroom sequence As the World Falls Down are still remarkable scenes to me.

Here's some Labyrinth ambience from Mr. Ambience.

Thanks for the memories, popdrome!
