I has this on vhs but i've lost. was a movie with black girl approx 10/11yo live in a ghetto one day she killed i not remember from who...the there's a medical examination a doctor with scissor cut the t-shirt and start to examine her. long scene
I think is a movie from 1990 to 2000 (i am not sure)
