I wonder why a lot of films give the 'name' stars (who are often only in minor or cameo roles) top billing but the actual lead doesn't even get billed. Judging from the trailer, Kristin's character IS the movie.

Yes, I wonder that too. Kudos to Kevin Costner who tried to buck this trend by giving Elijah Wood top billing in The War (1994) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111667/

I can tell you with certainty Kirstin is indeed the star of this film. In fact I think this is her best performance to date. Great movie and a perfect warm up for the holidays. For all the Kirstin fans this is a must see.
Another cool family film! Many thanks for bringing this to FLM, Ptg!

Most of the time it is people who claim to be acting in God's name who mess things up. Just a thought - I haven't seen this yet - still waiting for it to complete.

No big deal. God was not in mind when I posted this film. Kirsten is the star here, any part that happens to be about faith, religion/God is not the main focus and or interest. If anything Kirsten is an extension of God in this movie and she does not suck.
