Somehow I figured that FAA would be the first to put this out..

Watched this with my mom last week [on vacation, visiting my folks] and she actually enjoyed it to the point that she watched the episode that aired last night.. For someone that enjoys shows like 'Law and Order', 'NCSI' and 'The Good Mother' it's kind of a change..

I loved Johnny but there were some serious flaws and I am hoping that they get tighter on things or this will be a one season like Terra Nova.

I mean who saw that fight seen at the end. WWE has better fight connects then those. Someone on IMDB said it looked like the old Batman series. POW

Also too easy on the escape from a maximum security prison. And a bunch of pigeons stopped a trained assassin by floating around her and she just stood there and didn't take cover. And the scene where the male hero asks the "agent" for a gun and he said "we don't use guns, we're the good guys" Really, are you kidding me. A trained assassin with a gun is hunting the hero, but the man can't have a gun to protect himself or the kid because the agency has gun control issues?

Anyway had to get that rant out cause so far I am kinda dissapointed.
I will keep watching, but they need to tighten up.

Over analyzing tends to do that to you...

Personally I like it because the girl is a lot of fun and the visuals are as well. J J Abrams rarely does anything I don't enjoy.

I agree with most of what you said, donkeykog, but I think all of the problems with the pilot stemmed from its tiny budget. With all the restructuring that happened behind the scenes after the pilot, I have faith that the series will only get better from here. Sienna Guillory, the woman attacked by the birds at the end, has already been written out of the show and replaced by someone who's way more bad-ass.

lol, I prefer to release whole seasons at a time. It's less work that way.
